Heavenly Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1/2 package frozen mashed potatoes
- 1 C. milk
- 1/3 C. sour cream
- 2 oz. light cream cheese
- 1 Tbs. real bacon bits
- 1/2 Tbs. scallion finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare potatoes following package directions but using only 1 C. milk. Add sour cream and cream cheese to warm potatoes. Stir until creamy and blended. Add bacon bits and scallion. Add salt and pepper to taste.
