Heinz Classic Family Meat Loaf

This is all you need for the perfect meatloaf recipe to satisfy the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1 C. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 C. finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 C. Heinz Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients thoroughly; form into an 8 x 4-inch loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional ketchup.
