  • 1 ½ Cups of Flour
  • ¾ Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • ¾ Cup of Butter
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Macadamia Nuts
  • 16 Ounces of Softened Cream Cheese (2 packages)
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 8 Ounces of Thawed Frozen Whipped Topping
  • 6 Ounces of Orange Jello
  • 4 Cups of Diced Mango

While the oven is preheating to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and butter in a bowl. Then, add the nuts and press into a baking pan to bake for 15 minutes. As that bakes, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together before carefully folding in the whipped topping. Once the crust has baked and cooled, spread this mixture over the top of it and allow it to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Next, you’ll want to dissolve the jello mix in boiling water and set it aside to cool. Get the diced mangos and arrange them over the cooled cream cheese base however suits you best. Then, pour the jello over the mangos and let it cool again until everything is firm and ready to be served.
