  • 7 oz. macaroni, uncooked
  • 4 Tbs. stick butter
  • 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 1/4 C. boiling water
  • 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil macaroni and cook until tender. Place drained macaroni, butter and cheeses in 9-by-13-inch pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Mix breadcrumbs and seasonings in small bowl. When macaroni and cheese is done, sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over macaroni.
