  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 4 slices smoked mozzarella
  • Salt and Pepper

Place the mushroom topside down with the stems removed on an oiled baking sheet. Stuff each mushroom with butter and garlic. Top each mushroom with half a slice of cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Broil the mushrooms until the cheese is bubbly, about 5 minutes.
