  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1/ C. lime juice
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 Tbs. steak seasoning
  • 1 Tbs. white wine vinegar
  • 1 lb. boneless beef steak
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced
  • 1 large orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 6 C. salad greens

In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, lime juice, honey, seasoning, and vinegar. Put the steak in a bag or dish and add 1/2 C. vinaigrette. Turn to coat well and reserve the remaining vinaigrette for salad.

Marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until desired level of doneness is achieved. Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting across the grain into thin slices. Combine the steak, orange pieces, avocado slices, and arugula on plates. Drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette and serve.
