Herb Crusted Sirloin Roast
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 Beef Sirloin Roast 2-21/2 pounds
- 1 T. minced parsley
- 1 t. Thyme leaves dried and crushed
- 1 t. olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 1 T. ground black pepper
- 2 t. rosemary chopped
- 1 T. sea salt
- Butcher string
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Tie the roast with the butcher string and rub with olive oil.
Combine all of the other ingredients except salt and pepper and pat on the roast.
After patting the herb mixture on the roast, season with salt and pepper.
Place in oven on a rack in a shallow pan.
Bake for 1-1 ½ hours or until meat thermometer registers 135 degrees.
