  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. Herbs de Provence
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Buns
  • Lettuce
  • Additional toppings

In a bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Herbs de Provence. Add chicken, evenly coat, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour. Grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side of medium heat until no longer pink inside. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and garlic. Assemble sandwiches with spread chicken, lettuce, and any other preferred toppings.
