Herb Ricotta Spread

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. container low-fat ricotta cheese
- 5 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 5 tsp. snipped fresh chives
- 4 tsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving with vegetables and crackers.
