Herb Ricotta Spread

Fresh oregano, chives, parsley and garlic make this a flavorful herb spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. container low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 5 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
  • 5 tsp. snipped fresh chives
  • 4 tsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced fine

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving with vegetables and crackers.
