Herbed Chicken Burgers
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1/4 C. zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. fresh French Tarragon leaves, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled and chopped finely
- 2 Tbs. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients until well-combined. Form into six patties. Cook on a barbeque grill for 5 to 7 minutes on one side. Turn over with a pancake turner and cook on the second side for an additional 5 minutes, until browned. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
Makes 6 patties.
