Shake up that summer drink with some fresh mint and lemon balm leaves.

  • 1 C. mint leaves (packed)
  • 1 C. lemon balm leaves (packed)
  • 1 C. water hot - Do Not Boil
  • 2 12-oz. cans of frozen lemonade concentrate thawed

Crush leaves together, add water and steep. Refrigerate overnight. The next day just before serving, strain the mixture and add the lemonade concentrate. Then add 2 qts. of 7-Up or Diet Sprite pouring through the leaves to catch all the herbal taste. For more herbal taste, adjust recipe accordingly.
