  • 1 lb. of chicken drumsticks
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • ¼ cup of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/8 cup of rice vinegar

Preheat the oven at 42F.
In a large mixing bowl, add the minced garlic and ginger to the drumsticks. Then, season the chicken with salt and pepper and gently rub them to enhance the flavor.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, soy sauce, honey, salt, and rice vinegar and whisk them together nicely. Add the mixture to the chicken and mix well.
Cover the chicken with ceramic wrap and let it marinade for 2 hours. For best results, marinade the chicken overnight.
Using a baking pan, place parchment paper onto the pan to prevent the chicken from sticking. Place the chicken onto the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and roast for another 10 minutes or until it is nicely browned.
Let it cool for a few minutes.
