Hidden Valley Skillet Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 Tbs. water
- 1-1/2 lb. beef flank steak, cut into strips
- 3 C. assorted bell pepper and onion strips
- 4 (10") flour tortillas, warmed
- guacamole, salsa, sour cream (optional)
Directions
Combine seasoning and salad dressing mix with oil and water. Sauté steak strips in dressing mixture. Add peppers and onions; cook until tender-crisp. Place mixture in tortillas. Add optional fillings, if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
