Holiday Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese (you can use the low fat variety)
- 1 sm. can drained crushed pineapple
- 1/4 C. chopped green pepper
- 2 C. crushed pecans or walnuts (reserve 1 cup)
- 2 tsp. onion, minced
- cherries (optional - for topping)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, reserving one cup of the chopped nuts. Cover and refigerate until you can form a ball (1 hour or longer). With your hands, shape into a ball, log, bell or whatever you desire. Roll in the remaining nuts. Top with a cherry if desired.
Enjoy with yor choice of crackers.
