Holiday Crockpot Fruit Crisp

- 1 C. brown sugar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 4 large granny smith apples, chunked
- 2 large bosc pears, chunked
- 1/3 C. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C. rolled oats
- 1 C. brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1/4 C. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 3-4 Tbs. butter, softened and cubed
Mix 1 C. brown sugar and 1/2 C. sugar in the bottom of a crockpot, spreading it into an even layer. Top with the chopped apples and pears. Sprinkle the salt and cinnamon over the top. Add the raisins.
Mix all the topping ingredients in a bowl. Mix it until the topping forms a rough texture like sand. Spread the topping over the fruit in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Turn off the heat and allow the crisp to sit for an additional hour. Scoop it out and serve warm.
