Holiday Mashed Sweet Potatoes

A treat for the holidays that is simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 5 sweet potatoes (2 C.)
  • 2 Tbs. butter
  • eggnog
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar

Directions

Skin and mash sweet potatoes, Add all ingredients with enough eggnog to desired thickness of mashed potatoes. Place in covered baking dish and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
