Holiday Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can green peas
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 C. celery, slice
- 1/2 C. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
Directions
Mix peas, onion, celery, pecans, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly toss with mayonnaise.
