Make these spiced nuts a few days in advance and store them in an airtight container.

  • 1 lb. roasted, unsalted cashews
  • 2 Tbs. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbs. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the cashews, in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place them in the oven and heat them for about 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rosemary, chili powder, mustard powder, brown sugar, kosher salt and butter. Toss the nuts with the spice mixture and serve warm.
