A great mixture of cottage cheese, eggs, celery, parsley and onion with tuna and lite mayo.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. water-packed tuna drained and flaked
  • 1 C. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 each hard-boiled eggs peeled & chopped
  • 1/4 C. chopped celery
  • 1/4 C. chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 C. lite mayonnaise (4 Tbs.)

Directions

In mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Chill. Use as salad or sandwich filling. Could be stored in refrigerator up to one week.
