Homemade Bagel Chips

- 1 day old or stale bagel
- 3 Tblsp. olive oil
Heat your oven to 325°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil and spray lightly with oil.
Carefully slice the bagel into 1/8 inch round slices. Lay the slices on the baking sheet, making certain the chips do not overlap.
Use a pastry brush to coat each bagel chip with oil. Flip the slices over and brush the other side.
Sprinkle the slices with salt and any other flavoring you desire. Bake the chips for 10-15 minutes or until they turn golden. Cool on the sheet. The chips will become crisp as they cool.
Serve the bagel chips with dip or simply crunch on them as is. You can store them for up to three days in an airtight container.
