Homemade Breakfast Burritos

- 3/4 lb. bacon
- 1 lb. turkey sausage, crumbled
- 1 dozen eggs
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towel and break into little pieces. Set aside. In same skillet, add sausage and break up until fully cooked through. Drain on paper towel and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. In same skillet, cook eggs over medium heat until scrambled. Remove eggs and set aside. Lay out tortillas and fill with eggs, bacon, sausage. Top with cheddar cheese, then fold each tortilla over ingredients into a burrito. Wrap each burrito with plastic wrap and freeze until you plan to eat them.
To reheat, unwrap frozen burrito and microwave for 2 minutes while wrapped in paper towel.
