  • 4 C. granulated sugar
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 4 C. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ C. corn syrup

Grease a glass pan and set it aside. Place the sugar, butter, whipping cream and corn syrup into a pot. Let it boil over medium heat. Mix constantly. Once the mixture is smooth pour it into the greased glass pan. Let it cool in the refrigerator over night. Butter a sharp knife and the cut the caramel. Place them in individual wrappers. Serve and enjoy.
