Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Onion, chopped
  • ⅓ tsp Carrots, chopped
  • ⅓ tsp Green Onions
  • 4 oz Rice, steamed
  • 3 Pinchs Salt
  • 7 tsp Butter, creamed
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Oil
  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
  • 3 Pinchs Pepper
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

Directions

Start by scrambling the eggs and chopping them up.
Remove from pan.
Saute both onions and carrots in a skillet with a little oil.
Mix with eggs and chicken when done.
Add in rice and continue blending together.
Season with salt and pepper.
Lastly, add in soy sauce and butter and blend.
Serve.
