  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast tenders
  • ¼ C. butter
  • 1 ½ C. breadcrumbs
  • 2 T. flour
  • 2 T. salt

Melt the butter and put it into a small bowl. In another bowl, mix the flour, breadcrumbs and salt. Dip the chicken strips in the butter and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Add the coated chicken onto a baking sheet. Let the chicken tenders bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with honey mustard sauce and enjoy.
