  • 2 lbs Collard Greens
  • 1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 cans Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • Baking Soda
  • Raw Bacon, Chopped

Start by rolling a bunch of leaves at a time and slicing them into strips.
Put the greens in a large bowl of water and baking soda to wash them.
Let sit.
Put beef broth and Italian dressing in a large pot.
Put in pieces of raw bacon and set to a boil.
Add in dry mustard and sugar to the pot.
Set the pot down to a slow boil, add in greens, and cover.
Lower the heat to medium and let simmer for 2 hours or until greens are tender.
