Homemade Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
- 3 pounds corned beef
- 1 large head of cabbage, sliced
- 3 carrots, cut
- 6 potatoes, chopped
- 1 white onion, chopped
- Mustard and horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions
Place the corned beef in a large pot and cover the beef with an inch of water. Add the salt, pepper, mustard and horseradish. Bring the corn beef to a boil for 2 hours, until it’s tender. Take the meat out from the pot and place it on to a cutting board. Leave the water from the corn beef in the pot for the cabbage. Add the cabbage carrots, potatoes, and onions into the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let cabbage simmer for about 15-30 minutes. Cut the meat against the grain. Serve along with the cabbage and any other side of choice.
