  • 1 package of frozen peas
  • 2 C. chicken, chopped
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup
  • ½ C. bread crumbs
  • 2 T. melted butter
  • C. mayonnaise
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan with butter or cooking spray. Pour the package of frozen peas on the bottom of the baking pan. Layer the chicken over the peas. Set aside. In a mixing bowl combine the lemon juice, soup, mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese. In a bowl, mix together the butter and breadcrumbs. Top the casserole off with this mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes Serve and enjoy.
