Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 C. milk, scalded
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 C. raspberries
  • 1/4 C. strawberries, sliced
  • 3 Tbs. mint
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions

In a bowl, beat egg and sugar slightly. Add milk slowly. Include salt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour in double boiler and cook until you can coat spoon. Pour pudding in small cups. Top with berries and mint. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
