  • Granola
  • 1/4 C. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 2 Tbs. canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 C. steel-cut oats
  • 1 C. old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 C. flax seeds
  • 1 C. almonds, sliced
  • Parfait
  • 4 C. vanilla yogurt
  • 2 C. blueberries and raspberries

Lightly grease a baking sheet with edges and preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Whisk together the honey, oil, syrup, and vanilla in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together both oats, what germ, flax, and almonds. Add the oat mix to the honey mix and stir until evenly coated. Spread the mixture on the baking sheets and bake for about 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the granola is crisp and golden. In a glass, make layers with the granola, yogurt, and berries until finished.
