  • 2 avocados
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • Pepper
  • ½ ripe tomato, seeds and pulp removed
  • 2 tablespoon minced red onion
  • Tortilla chips

Cut the avocados in half and remove their seeds. Score the inside of the avocado with a dull knife and scoop out the flesh with a spoon and put it in a bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado. Sprinkle with salt and lime juice. Chop the onion, tomato, and cilantro and add it to the avocados. Mix the combination well. Cover until it is time to serve.
