Homemade Horseradish
Ingredients
- 1 C. cubed peeled horseradish root, 1/2 inch pieces
- 3/4 C. vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender; puree. Cover and store in refrigerator. Be careful when handling the root and the processed ingredients. They are strong!
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
