  • 2-3 lb. chicken wings, cut and tips removed
  • ½ C. ketchup
  • ¼ C. water
  • ¼ C. honey
  • ¼ C. white vinegar
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ C. hot sauce
  • 2 T. onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan, whisk together ketchup, water, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, onion powder, salt, and powder. Bring to a boil and immediately reduce heat to a simmer; simmer for 15 minutes as sauce thickens. Meanwhile, spread wings out on a baking sheet and broil for a few minutes until lightly browned. Set aside and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using tongs, toss wings in sauce, return to a greased baking sheet, and bake for 40 minutes.
