  • 3/4 C. juice of choice
  • 1/2 C. black or green tea
  • 1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of coarse salt
  • 1/3 C. cold water
  • 1/3 C. hot water
  • 1 T. gelatin
  • 1 1/2 C. fresh fruit of choice, chopped (we used banana and peaches)
  • whipped cream (optional for garnish)

Distribute fresh fruit into six small glass jars and set aside. In a small bowl, stir together fruit juice, tea, lemon juice, and salt. In another small bowl, combine cold water with gelatin. Slowly pour in hot water and stir until well combined. Combine juice mixture with gelatin mixture. Pour over fruit in each jar and refrigerate for one hour. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.
