Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • ¼ oz. active dry yeast
  • 3 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 C. warm water
  • 6 C. flour
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp. grated onion
  • Toppings:
  • 3 ½ oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • ½ C. mushrooms
  • ½ C. fresh basil
  • ½ C. black olives, sliced
  • 1 C. onion, chopped
  • 1 C. parmesan cheese
  • 4 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, dissolve the active dry yeast in the warm water. Add in the vegetable oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough. Let it sit. Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients up. Grab the dough and roll it out onto a floured surface. Place it onto a pizza pan. Spread the sauce and layer the toppings. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
