  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 lb. dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1 C. peppermint chunks

Grease a baking pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle half of the peppermint chunks on the bottom. On the stovetop over medium heat, pour water. Place a bowl on top of the saucepan. Pour the condensed milk and butter in the bowl. Add in the chocolate chips and salt. Mix the chocolate until it melts. Add the vanilla and peppermint extract and stir. Pour the mixture into the dish. Add the remaining peppermint chips over the top. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut and serve.
