Homemade Potato Salad

- 1lb Raw Potatoes
- 8 Green Onions or 2 White Onions
- Fresh Parsley
- 1-2 tsp. Dill
- 5-6 tbs. Oil
Start by pealing and boiling the potatoes.
When soft, take out of water and cut into large chunks.
Place in a bowl.
Chop up onions and add them to the bowl.
Chop up the parsley and add it to the bowl.
Add 1-2 tsp. of dill, 5-6 tbs. of oil,3-4 spoon fulls of vinegar, and a dash of salt to the bowl.
Mix well together.
Set in fridge for about 30 to an hour.
