Homemade Potato Skins
Serving Size / Yield
- 5 Large Potatoes, Halfed and Baked
- 4 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Cups of Bacon Pieces
- 1/4 Stick of Butter, Chopped
In a slow cooker, add in the butter and the cheese.
Cook for about an hour or two on high or until cheese melts.
Take the potato halves and scoop out half the potato in the middle to make room for the cheese.
Put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 15 minutes before the cheese finishes.
Put melted cheese over each potato half and sprinkle bacon on top.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
