  • 2 lb Pureed Pumpkin, about 6 cups
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Light Coconut Milk
  • 1 Large Onion, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Ground Allspice
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Hot Chile Pepper, for taste
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sour Cream
