Homemade Salt and Pepper Potato Chips

- Peanut oil
- 2 potatoes, thinly sliced.
Fill a large saucepan halfway with Peanut Oil or any other oil with a flashpoint at or above 450º. Heat oil in pan to 350º.
Add potato slices to oil and fry for 2 minutes Remove and place on paper towels.
Season chips with salt and pepper, and then serve.
