  • 1 unbaked piecrust
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 ½ C. pecans, chopped
  • 1 C. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 T. butter, melted
  • 1 C. light brown sugar, packed

To start off, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Roll the piecrust out and lay it on a greased pie pan. Mix the corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, and pecans. Pour the mixture into the piecrust. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven and cover it with foil. Place it in the oven for another 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
