  • 4 cups Cubed Butternut Squash
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds
  • ½ cup Vegetable Broth
  • ½ tsp Salt

In a baking pan, coat squash with oilive oil and bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Blend the squash and other ingredients in a food processor until the texture of hummus.
