Tots are a wonderful work of culinary science- they have the crispy exterior of a French fry met with the fluffy interior of a mashed-potato-hash-brown crossover. Enjoy making your very own at home with a main entree of meatloaf or roast beef.

  • 4 russet potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Take your cooked potatoes and grate them into a bowl. Mix in salt and pepper and form into little tots. Line the tots up on a parchment covered baking sheet and spray the tops of the tots with a little cooking spray. Cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces!
