Homemade Tortilla Chips
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 pkg tortillas (corn are more authentic but flour also work)
- 2 Tbs. peanut oil
- sea salt, to taste
- lime juice
Cut the tortillas into eighths and brush with oil. Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. They should crisp, but not become overly brown.
Remove from heat and immediately squeeze lime juice over the top. Season liberally with salt. Serve.
