This is a versatile dressing that can be made and then stored in the refrigerator for later use. Fresh herbs are preferred but not necessary.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 C. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs raw garlic
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. oregano

Directions

Combine and mix with wire whisk or shake in a tight jar to keep in refrigerator.
