Fill these homemade cones with your favorite ice cream and toppings! Make a waffle bowl by laying the heated dough over an inverted bowl. Dip the rim in melted chocolate and other treats for a special dessert!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 2/3 C. flour
  • 4 Tbs. butter
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat the waffle cone maker according to directions.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until the sugar is incorporated and the eggs are lighter in color, or about 1 minute. Add the flour and stir until incorporated. Add the butter, milk, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.

Spoon 2 to 3 Tbs. batter into the waffle cone maker, close the lid, and cook for at least 1 minute. Continue to cook until the desired color is reached Quickly remove the waffle and shape it around the cone roller or mold it into the cone shape. Repeat with remaining batter.
