  • 4 Italian sausages, removed from casings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, copped
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups kale, chopped
  • 1½ cups half & half
  • salt
  • pepper

Add the oil, onions and garlic to the crockpot and set it on high. On a skillet, brown the sausage and add to the crockpot. Add the broth, cream, potatoes, kale and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
