Ingredients
- 12 pickling cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 3 onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 C. cherry tomatoes
- ¼ C. salt
- 1 ½ C. cider vinegar
- 2 ½ C. sugar
- ½ tsp. cloves
- 1 T. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 T. ground turmeric

Directions
Mix together sliced cucumbers, onions, cherry tomatoes, chopped garlic and salt. Let sit covered in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
In a large saucepan mix vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed, cloves, and turmeric. Bring ingredients to a boil.
Drain cucumbers and mix them in with boiling vinegar. Ladel hot ingredient in canning jars and seal tightly. In a large pot, put the sealed jars and cover with water. Bring the water to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove jars from hot water and make sure the lids pop down. Put processed jars into the fridge until ready to serve.
