  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 2 lb of potatoes
  • 2 tbsp of herbs
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Shred potatoes on the box grater evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat olive oil on a large skillet. Transfer potatoes to the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes. Add eggs and ground beef, season with herbs, and cook until golden brown, for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
