  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Malt Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
  • Juice of 2 Oranges
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 10 Tilapia Fillets
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ Pepper
  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1/2 lb broccoli and carrot slaw

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first 7 ingredients together in a small mixing bowl to create glazed. Place tilapia fillets on cooking sheet. Coat each piece with glaze. On a separate cooking sheet, peel and chop potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake tilapia fillets and potatoes for 15-25 minutes or until done. Serve with broccoli and carrot slaw.
