  • 1 C. apple juice
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. honey
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

Put the pork loin in the crockpot fat-side up. Pour in the apple juice and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt. In a bowl, combine the honey, mustard, and vinegar. Pour the mixture over the top of the pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
